Chose this hotel for a team retreat and it had all the facilities and services we needed. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and relaxing spa area. The location near the ski lifts and train station was ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Missed having a dedicated business center for work-related needs.

The rooms at Turmhotel Victoria are cozy and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I loved the pillow menus and bathrobes, they made me feel like I was in a luxurious retreat.

Personally, I found the whirlpool bathtub a bit unnecessary. Others might still enjoy it though.

The breakfast was very tasty and there was a big choice.

At night the rooms were heated too much and the room temperature could not be regulated manually. . The use of the sauna is possible until 21:30 o'clock, unfortunately there were not enough drinks and fruit available from 21:30 o'clock. Besides, the sauna wasn't really hot anymore.

The hotel’s location is convenient for travelers, being one block or just across the train station, making it easy to explore. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. the bathrooms are also modern, with walk-in showers or shower and tub combos. the breakfast buffet is delicious, served in lovely areas like a conservatory restaurant or even a terrace, with a good variety of items to choose from. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing anticipative and customer-oriented service. Some rooms may even have a balcony and a fantastic view of the mountains.

Although some rooms may have fantastic views, not all rooms have picturesque surroundings to enjoy.

We enjoyed the excellent location of this hotel. It was very close to the train station, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the fact that we could walk to the Parsenn "gondola" for skiing and to the lake for a scenic walk. Furthermore, the breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Nothing, all was good.

The staff was very nice. The food was also very tasty and the breakfast was great. They have a children's playroom next to the restaurant.

At dinner we would have to wait about an hour after ordering.

- The guest card which you are given at check-in and the discussion I had regarding the logic of this card. Apparently the card must be shown if you are dining in the hotel restaurants to get 10% discount. This proves that you are a guest. However, if you only show your room key (with room number on it) and put the restaurant bill on your room account, this is not sufficient to get the 10% discount (despite proving beyond doubt that you are a guest in the hotel!) - At check-out, when I raised the above point, I was told that the "system" did not allow adjustments to be made to the bill total, which I do not believe for one second. - My bill for 2 nights and 2 dinners was over CHF 1'100 but giving my CHF 25 discount was not possible!
